600 x 386 pixel images

Once purchased, you may use our 600 × 386 pixel images on your web site or Home Pages free of charge subject to the following conditions:

1. Your site is not commercial and does not carry paid-for advertising.
   
2. The image is used "as is" complete with NA3T logo.
   
3. The image size does not exceed 600 pixels in width.
   
4. By clicking the image the viewer shall go to our detail page for that image. (Details on how to do this on request.)

General

Unless otherwise stated, the copyright on all content including images on this web site belongs to the NA3T. Except as outlined above, the image(s) you are about to purchase are for your personal use only⁽¹⁾. Unless specifically licensed for commercial use⁽²⁾ our images must not to be published⁽³⁾, copied, incorporated into or used as a component part of any work, or placed on public display without a Commercial Licence.

Where it is indicated that copyright belongs to other than the NA3T, it may be assumed that the copyright holder imposes similar restrictions unless otherwise stated.

Notes

1. "Personal Use" means you may use the image as "wallpaper" on your own computer or print it for your own private use. With the exception of the 600 × 386 pixel images (for which, see above), you may not store the image on removable media or cause it to be transmitted or in any other way distributed, published or sold, neither shall it be displayed on a web site that carries any form of advertising.
2. A commercial licence is required if you wish to publish any image for which the NA3T hold the intellectual property rights or use a NA3T image in an application beyond that described as "personal use". For more details click here
3. The term "published" includes, for both complete images and selected parts of images, all forms of reproduction and distribution, regardless of media or technology.
